By booking and using Liberty Seabag Storage LLC ("Liberty Seabag Storage," "we," "us," or "our") and submitting a seabag for storage, the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Storage Services
Liberty Seabag Storage provides temporary storage services for Marine Corps seabags and personal belongings contained within those seabags.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate contact information and accurate information regarding the number of seabags being stored and the requested storage period.
Liberty Seabag Storage will store the seabag for the period selected by the Customer, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Storage services will not begin until payment has been successfully received.
Additional services, including but not limited to laundry, pickup, delivery, special handling, or additional storage time, may result in additional charges. Any applicable additional charges must be paid before the service is provided or before the seabag is released, as applicable.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may cancel a reservation before the seabag is accepted for storage.
Refund eligibility may depend on when the cancellation is made and whether Liberty Seabag Storage has already incurred costs associated with the reservation.
Once a seabag has been accepted into storage, refunds may not be available for unused storage time unless otherwise required by law or approved by Liberty Seabag Storage.
If a Customer fails to pick up or receive their seabag at the agreed-upon time, additional storage, handling, or delivery charges may apply.
